Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Apps and SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our SharePoint environment. This role requires a strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, with additional responsibilities in Power BI reporting and process documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve collaboration, and deliver actionable insights through data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
SharePoint Administration
- Administer and support SharePoint Online.
- Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
- Implement governance policies, security controls, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Manage site provisioning, migrations, and upgrades.
Power BI Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision making.
- Connect to various data sources including SharePoint lists, Excel, SQL databases, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insightful visualizations.
- Optimize data models and ensure data accuracy and performance.
Process Documentation & Improvement
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for SharePoint configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Document business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows.
- Train end-users and provide support for SharePoint and Power BI tools.
Qualifications Required:
- 3 years of experience in SharePoint administration (Online and/or On-Prem).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate).
- Experience with process documentation and technical writing.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
