We’re looking for an Toddler Room Teacher who is dependable, passionate, and ready to make a difference every day.
Position Summary
As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll create a warm and engaging environment for children 16 months - 23 months old. You’ll plan developmentally appropriate activities, support each child’s unique needs, and build positive relationships with families and co-workers.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom for toddlers
- Implement engaging daily activities that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional growth
- Maintain consistent routines that support healthy rest, play, and learning
- Observe and document each child’s development and milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress and needs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 6 months of childcare or teaching experience (required)
- CDA credential or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Genuine love for working with children, especially infants
- Dependable, reliable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
