Duties
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

- Utilize POS systems for efficient cash handling and order processing.
- Conduct inventory control to manage stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure availability of menu items.
- Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance their skills in food handling, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting processes to optimize financial performance while maintaining quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership, and professional growth among staff members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards throughout all operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with a strong understanding of the food industry.
