Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated WMS Business Analyst to support warehouse operations at our Distribution Centers in Memphis and Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SQL, with the ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technical teams. This role will work closely with warehouse users to troubleshoot operational issues, analyze data, and provide day-to-day application support.
Required Qulaification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong functional knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (such as Blue Yonder/JDA, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar).
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and interact with non-technical business users.
- Experience working in warehouse or distribution center environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
