This is an on-site, full-time role based in Woodbridge, NJ, for a Chief Audit Officer leading The Global Seal of Trust™ program. The Chief Audit Officer will oversee the independent certification of AI assets, ensuring adherence to the highest safety and governance standards. Daily responsibilities include managing audit operations, reviewing audit reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance audit frameworks. The role requires decision-making on critical certification outcomes and contributing to the development of global AI standards.
- Expertise in Auditing and preparing Audit Reports to evaluate compliance, risk, and governance
- Background in IT Audit with knowledge of technical systems and infrastructure assessment
- Strong understanding of Finance principles to assess financial elements of audits
- Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting data and making evidence-based decisions
- Experience in AI governance, risk management, or compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field
- Effective leadership, project management, and communication abilities
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA, or equivalent are highly desirable
