Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Service Advisor role. This position will be hybrid on-site / remote. This position will provide technical services and support, troubleshoot various technical challenges, and analyze data for problem-solving. The position involves collaborating with clients and internal teams, responding to inquiries, and ensuring efficient resolution of issues. Strong communication and technical expertise are essential in delivering exceptional service and assisting clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a point of contact for inbound inquiries related to our services
· Be able to clearly explain our service packages from start to finish
· Guide potential clients through the process of working with The ACG and our services
· Compile and organize soil test data, field information, etc.
· Maintain organized client records and communication
· Help improve work flows and efficiencies
· Position may also include outreach and participation in trade shows and other industry events.
Qualifications
Required
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to learn and explain technical information
· Organized and process-oriented
· Professional phone presence
Preferred
· Background in agriculture, agronomy, or farm management
· Familiarity with crop consulting and soil testing
· Sales and customer service experience
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
