Join Our Team as a Material Installer
We are looking for dependable Material Installers to join our Columbus, Ohio team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on at job sites installing waterproofing materials and supporting critical foundation and structural protection work. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the installation of waterproofing systems, including membranes, coatings, drainage materials, and sealants.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and preparing job sites.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Support experienced crew members with waterproofing installation and application processes.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Help keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
- Drive company vehicles and transport materials and equipment as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and working on your feet throughout the day.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn waterproofing techniques and installation systems.
- Prior construction, waterproofing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license required.
