We are seeking a motivated Corporate Associate to work alongside a vibrant Private Equity team with one of our law firm clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with mid-market PE funds, independent sponsors, family offices, businesses, and entrepreneurs with sell-side transactions.


Qualifications


  • 4 years of law firm experience dealing with M&A transactions
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
