Role
The Ageless Center is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing wellness and medical aesthetics team.
This unique role combines wellness, weight loss, hormone optimization, aesthetic injections, patient education, and sales. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients achieve life-changing results while also contributing to the growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate is confident conducting consultations, recommending treatment plans, building long-term patient relationships, and converting prospective patients into active clients. This is not simply a clinical role — success requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a genuine passion for helping people improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct wellness, weight loss, and aesthetic consultations while building trust and strong patient relationships
- Perform injectable treatments including wellness injections, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers within scope of practice and training
- Educate patients on wellness programs, weight loss services, memberships, packages, skincare, supplements, and treatment recommendations
- Convert consultations into active patients through confident, relationship-focused sales conversations
- Provide ongoing accountability coaching, follow-up communication, rebooking, and retention support
- Maintain accurate charting, documentation, treatment records, and compliance with all clinical standards
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Kentucky RN license
- Strong sales ability with confidence discussing treatment plans, pricing, memberships, packages, and wellness recommendations
- Previous experience in aesthetics, weight loss, wellness, hormone therapy, med spa, or client-facing healthcare preferred
- Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers preferred
- Excellent communication and consultation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Positive, energetic, growth-minded attitude with a passion for patient results and exceptional client experience
Results (KPIs)
- Monthly revenue production goal of $40,000 - $65,000
- Appointment utilization goal of 80% or higher
- Package sales goal of 20% of total generated revenue
- Retail, skincare, and supplement sales goal of 20% of total generated revenue
- Patient retention rate goal of 80% or higher
- Strong client satisfaction, referrals, and rebooking percentages
