What We’re Looking For:
What You’ll Do:
- Work in the 911 center alongside 911 call takers and dispatchers to divert appropriate behavioral health calls.
- Perform crisis intervention techniques.
- Conduct environmental risk and safety assessments.
- Partner with call center dispatchers, law enforcement, and other community providers in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
- Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
- Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency’s services.
- Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
What We Require:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field of study with at least three (3) years of related experience.
- Current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC).
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
Ability to work one or both available shifts: Monday 8:30am-4:30pm, and Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm.
- This is an on-site position based out of our Timonium, MD office.

- $32.00-$35.00 per hour (depending on licensure and experience).
- Schedule:
- Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Every other Wednesday 4:00pm t0 12:00am
