As our new Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our aesthetic practice. Responsibilities
Patient Experience:
- Ensure an elevated level of patient satisfaction through exceptional service and personalized care.
- Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures.
- Implement patient feedback systems to continuously improve service delivery.
Financial Management:
- Ensure Practice is on track for monthly, quarterly, and annual budget.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee billing, collections, and vendor payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline practice operations to improve workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Train and enforce practice’s standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Monitor practice performance metrics and help implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure practice operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of care and safety.
Employee Management:
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and scheduling of all practice staff including aestheticians, injectors, client concierge, and all other support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and high performance.
- Help conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution effectively.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School diploma with at least 2 years in a similar role required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar role in a healthcare or aesthetic setting.
- Prior P&L management experience, strong financial expertise and analytical skills highly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and both verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Travel to our other urgent care offices and on-site office presence required.
- Dedication to high quality patient care and experience.
- Detail oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
