What You’ll Own
- Ensure an elevated level of patient satisfaction through exceptional service and personalized care
- Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures
- Monitor and actively engage patient feedback according to guidelines
- Ensure Practice is on track for monthly, quarterly, and annual budget
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment
- Monitor practice performance metrics and help implement strategies for improvement
- Ensure practice operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- Assist in the recruitment, training coordination, and scheduling of all practice staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and high performance
- Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution effectively
- 2 years of leadership experience in service-driven industries such as retail, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or premium consumer services
- Strong track record of driving growth and leading teams to ambitious targets
- Skilled in building culture, coaching leaders, and holding teams accountable
- Financially fluent with experience managing regional P&Ls and performance metrics
