The Aesthetic Collective is a growing medical aesthetics practice seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Concierge to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is confident in recommending services, and is passionate about aesthetics, skincare and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage phone calls, texts, and appointment scheduling
- Educate clients on treatments, packages, and memberships
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and sales
- Promote current specials, packages, and add-on services
- Handle payments, financing options, and product sales
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
- Support providers and ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience (medspa or medical office preferred)
- Strong sales background with a proven ability to upsell and close
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and treatment plans
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, team player, and polished appearance
