This role is centered on stability, optimization, and modernization of core Microsoft and SaaS collaboration technologies within a large-scale hybrid environment.You’ll act as a senior escalation point, drive deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and contribute to improving reliability and security across directory, email, and communications services. If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy simplifying operations through automation and documentation, and take pride in resolving high-impact issues—this role is a strong fit.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier-3 escalation support for identity, messaging, and collaboration platforms, managing incidents via ServiceNowAdminister, optimize, and support Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange (on-prem and online), and Office 365 hybrid servicesSupport enterprise collaboration tools including Slack, Skype for Business, and ZoomPerform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across directory, email, and communications servicesPartner with engineering teams on upgrades, migrations, and new platform initiatives to modernize and improve stabilityCoordinate with vendors to resolve complex platform issues, ensuring incidents are tracked through closureImprove operational excellence by enhancing procedures, automation, and technical documentationIdentify and implement opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and security within identity and messaging systemsParticipate in an on-call rotation supporting a 24x7 global environmentRequired Qualifications5 years of experience administering enterprise Active Directory, messaging, and collaboration platformsDeep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Exchange (2010–2019) and Exchange OnlineStrong knowledge of Office 365 and hybrid Microsoft environmentsExperience managing Windows Server 2012–2019 infrastructureSolid understanding of core networking services and protocols: DNS, DHCP, SMTP, TCP/IPFamiliarity with GitHub Enterprise and scripting and/or pattern matching (Regex)Demonstrated ownership mindset with a strong focus on problem resolution and process improvementNice to Have (Preferred)Experience supporting identity and messaging in large enterprise or global environmentsExposure to automation approaches (PowerShell or similar) and infrastructure modernization initiativesStrong documentation habits and ability to translate complex issues into repeatable runbooksReady to make an impact?
