The Advocates is a growing law firm with five offices across Idaho. We are looking for someone to join our team who is hard working, motivated, and ready to grow with the company. Our case managers are responsible for ensuring the client’s case runs smoothly from start to finish.
Job Duties:
- Client communication
- Communicating with insurance adjusters
- Coordinating payments with medical providers
- Tracking client treatment progress
- Working with attorneys to meet clients' needs
Skills (preferred):
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (word, excel, and outlook)
- Knowledge of Adobe
Skills (required):
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills required; this role involves extensive use of email, document management systems, and office software.
- This role requires frequent phone communication; candidates must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
