Duties
- Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead, instruct and develop Case Management division.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community organizations to enhance organizational impact.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand services, increase funding opportunities, and strengthen organizational presence.
- Lead negotiations with partners, vendors, and funding agencies to secure advantageous agreements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and innovative practices.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and influence.
Skills
