- Work with the culinary staff related to menu planning, preparation and presentation
- Maintain the operational budget; monitor costs and inventory as needed
- Prioritize safety
- Create marketing and sales promotions to drive revenue growth
- Oversee and mentor the Food Beverage team
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the food and beverage planning and service
- 3-5 years of progressive engineering leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel building systems and life safety requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop engineering teams across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market/region.
