We’re hiring a Client Operations Specialist to serve as the frontline partner for our advisor clients. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes ownership of outcomes—not just tasks.
What You’ll Do- Own new business processing from start to finish with speed and accuracy
- Partner directly with financial advisors, carriers, RIAs, and IMOs
- Proactively solve problems, reduce cycle times, and protect client trust
- Build strong, professional relationships rooted in consistency and follow-through
- Uphold and represent The Admin Effect’s accountability-driven culture
- Detail-obsessed, proactive, and solutions-focused
- A clear, confident communicator

- Comfortable working with high-performing advisors and fast-moving priorities
- Eager to grow in the financial services space
- Experience supporting operations within a fast-growing, service-based business (professional services, consulting, or financial/insurance preferred)
- Proven ability to improve efficiency, accountability, and client outcomes
- Experience working across teams where collaboration and follow-through matter
- Background in client service, service delivery, or operations with measurable results
- Comfortable using metrics, dashboards, and accountability tools (EOS familiarity a plus)
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and execute
- Business-minded with an understanding of how operations impact results
