Adecco is seeking a highly driven High-Volume Sales Recruiter to support a fast-growing Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines and deliver top sales talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and has experience recruiting within high-growth technology or SaaS organizations.
Location
Hybrid schedule required — 3 days per week onsite

- Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruiting priorities
- Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting teams to allocate and manage candidate pipelines across multiple openings
- Lead weekly forecast and pipeline review calls with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Drive recruiting efforts across SMB Sales and support additional hiring needs across G&A and Tech teams as needed
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams and act as a trusted recruiting partner
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment
- Experience recruiting for SMB sales teams within a rapidly growing technology sales or SaaS company is highly preferred
- High-volume recruiting experience within fast-paced organizations
- Strong client management and stakeholder partnership experience
