Director of Nursing (RN) – Ambulatory Surgery Center

We're partnering with a well-established outpatient surgery center seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead both the clinical and operational functions of a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center.

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership for all clinical and administrative nursing operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and accreditation requirements.
- Lead AAAHC survey readiness, compliance initiatives, and policy/manual updates.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical staff.
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure best practices throughout the surgery center.
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- 5 years of nursing leadership or nursing administration experience.
- Previous operating room (OR) experience.
- Hands-on experience with AAAHC accreditation in an ambulatory surgery center.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, inspections, policy development, and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.
