What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at The Adaptive Athlete?
We’re hiring an evening/afternoon Hospitality Associate! This role is great for someone who is athletic, loves kids, and enjoys interacting with people.
You’ll help families feel welcome, support classes and camps, and keep the front desk running smoothly. No two shifts are the same, so being adaptable and positive is super important to us.
Daily responsibilities
- Greet kids and families with energy and kindness
- Answer phones and questions about classes and camps
- Check in clients, take payments, and help with scheduling
- Helps Instructors and Staff manage schedule and provide updates
- Keep the front desk and client facing spaces clean and organized
- Sending and creating invoices
- Jump in where needed during busy times

Availability
- Mon-Thurs evenings after 3:00pm
- Saturday Mornings
