- The Adams Company, a manufacturer of power transmission parts is seeking applicants for the position of general machine operator.
- A fully progressed rate of $34.35.
- Shift differential of $.75 per hour.
- Excellent benefits.

Pay increases of about $4000 a year the first 5 years.

- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Ability to handle diverse work assignments and
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and setup sheets to prepare machines for production.
- Set up and adjust CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines for new and repeat jobs.
- Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices.
- Input and verify CNC programs, making offsets and adjustments as needed.
- Perform first-piece inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Collaborate with operators to ensure smooth handoff from setup to production.
- Troubleshoot setup issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
