Responsibilities
- Showroom hospitality and customer relations
- Develops the expertise to educate and inform customers on the process of selecting stone and the significance of how the warehouse & slab gallery is laid out.
- Ensures the customer’s safety working with warehouse to confirm compliance
- Determines customer’s project needs and provide professional recommendations
- Offers consultation to customers with slab selection for projects demonstrating product knowledge
- Builds a knowledge base of natural stone and related premium hard surfacing products offered
- Supports the team to reach sales goals
- Manages client holds and liaises with Outside Sales Representative to adhere to TSC hold policy
- Utilizes the latest technology, showroom, and inventory to assist customers in their stone design.
Qualifications:
- Have a passion for sales as well as customer experience
- Are committed to learning about stone, engineered premium surfaces, and working in a high-energy industry with a team of other stone professionals
- Have a personalized approach exercises good judgement in design aesthetic to recommend products to customers
- Have a high school education or equivalent
- Sales experience of 1-2 years minimum. Retail/ Hospitality experience a plus!
