MARKET PRESIDENT - Rural locations
Location: Crane/ Monahans
Summary: Responsible for the management of retail and loan activities, generating revenues and growing market/region. Develops and maintains client relationships. Sets objectives and strategic direction for market/region in accordance with Bank’s business plan and policies of Bank.
Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops new relationships from referrals and outside calling efforts.
- Ensures quality calling efforts among team.
- Executes initiatives to ensure profitability of market/region
- Enhances relationships by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
- Knowledgeable of Bank’s policies and procedures and practices of retail bank and commercial banking along with a focus on servicing client needs and knowledge of all retail and commercial products, credit practices, risk management, negotiating interest rates and price, terms and collateral requirements.
- Establishes a collaborative environment and implements the strategic direction of the Bank for a market/region.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead through change.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or 10 years retail bank/commercial lending/account relationship management
- Knowledgeable in financial institution operating policies and procedures and banking regulations state and federal
- Strong knowledge of banking
- Strong management/leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
