Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Social Media Strategy: Craft a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Set clear, measurable KPIs to gauge the success of our social media efforts.
- Execute Paid Campaigns: Develop impactful paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Manage budgets effectively while optimizing for the best possible ROI.
- Leverage Analytics: Apply audience insights and analytics to refine and target paid social campaigns. Use this data to make informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Take risks and experiment with innovative advertising strategies to keep clients at the forefront of the digital landscape.
- Continuous Learning: Show a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development in the fast-evolving world of social media and digital advertising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred, but we will consider a candidate with commensurate experience)
- Tangible experience (2-4 years) in social media and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Native Ads, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics
- Expertise in advertising strategy, audience targeting, and conversion copywriting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on projects
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Experience with Photoshop and other graphic design programs
- An interest in diverse client management and the outstanding ability to mono-task in a multitasking environment
- A drive to stay up-to-date with new technologies, advertising tools, and industry trends
