Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a related food service role is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Familiarity with retail math for managing tabs and processing payments accurately.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures, including experience with cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math skills are essential for measuring ingredients and calculating totals.
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus but not required.
