We are now seeking a Resident Assistant II / Med Tech at The Ackerly at Reed’s Crossing!
As a Resident Assistant II Med Tech, you’ll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands-on support for our residents.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team
- Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and families
- Administer medications as outlined in state protocols, and as written in resident service plan
- Pitch in with light housekeeping or laundry tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially when supporting aging adults
- Active/Valid Med Tech Certification is required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
