What are the responsibilities and job description for the Injection Mold Operator position at The Ace Consulting Group?
Our valued plastic injection molding partner in New Berlin, WI is looking for an experience Mold Operator to join their growing team!
Key Responsibilities of the Plastic Injection Mold Operator:
- Assist Mold Set-Up Personnel with daily injection molding operations
- Perform material handling and material changes as required
- Support mold set-ups and equipment adjustments
- Package and label finished products accurately
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate effectively in English (read/speak)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
Note: MUST have experience in plastics.
What You Bring as the Plastic Injection Mold Operator:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5 years of experience in the stampings industry, with strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing production tooling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes repetitively
- Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
- Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team
Schedule & Pay for the Mold Operator:
- Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Pay: $26 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)
