Duties

• Actively engage with prospective students through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote enrollment opportunities
• Conduct informative presentations and public speaking sessions to effectively communicate program benefits and answer questions
• Manage student information using the student information system (SIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track inquiries, applications, and follow-ups
• Assist with the admissions process by reviewing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies
• Collaborate with academic advisors and administrative staff to coordinate student recruitment efforts and support enrollment campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, data management activities, and compliance documentation using spreadsheets and other Office tools
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, handling confidential information responsibly, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process

Skills

• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to confidently present information to groups of varying sizes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management, reporting, and communication purposes
• Experience working with student information systems (such as Ellucian or similar platforms) and CRM systems for tracking student engagement
• Knowledge of admissions and enrollment management processes within an academic institution setting
• Familiarity with educational compliance regulations, school policies, and confidentiality standards related to student records
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear correspondence and promotional materials
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Previous experience in education administration, student recruitment, or university settings is highly desirable
