What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Counselors position at The Academy Schools?
Night Counselors ensure the welfare of our students and the security of our building during the overnight hours. Responsibilities include regular safety checks of each youth, as well as some light maintenance duties. In addition, our night counselors assist with facilitating the morning routine and preparing students to have a great day.
Full-time positions work four consecutive nights with three consecutive days off. Part-time positions work two nights/week. This is NOT a live-in position. Candidates with experience and post-secondary credentials may be considered for increased compensation.
