The Academy School is seeking a full-time K-8 Spanish Teacher to join our team at our campus in Berkeley, CA. This on-site role involves planning and delivering engaging Spanish language lessons, developing and implementing curriculum, assessing students’ progress, and promoting a love of learning. Additional responsibilities include individualized tutoring, fostering an inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to support student success.
- Proficiency in Spanish Teaching and Tutoring for K-8 students
- Experience with Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Strong skills in Teaching and designing age-appropriate educational activities
- Effective communication and ability to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Education, Spanish, or related field
