Position Overview
AMS Impact Group is seeking an enthusiastic and community-driven Enrollment Outreach Specialist to support student recruitment and enrollment growth initiatives across AMS campuses.
In this role, the Enrollment Outreach Specialist will build relationships within the community, generate qualified family leads, and support prospective families through the enrollment process. This individual serves as a frontline brand ambassador for AMS, helping increase awareness of AMS schools in the communities we serve.
This position requires a highly outgoing professional who is comfortable initiating conversations, developing partnerships, and engaging families at community events and outreach activations.
The schedule typically includes approximately 20 hours per week dedicated to community prospecting, partnership development, outreach events, and enrollment activations.

Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Lead Generation
- Serve as a community-facing representative and brand ambassador for AMS.
- Develop and manage an assigned outreach territory.
- Identify and build partnerships with:
- Apartment complexes
- HOAs
- Small businesses
- Churches
- Community organizations
- Secure recurring tabling opportunities and community outreach events.
- Attend community events, markets, and outreach activations to promote AMS campuses.
- Generate qualified family leads by inviting prospective parents to learn more about AMS schools.
- Guide prospective families through the application and registration process.
- Assist school registrars with communication and follow-up with prospective families.
- Provide accurate information about:
- AMS programs
- Enrollment timelines
- School offerings
- Organize and coordinate community outreach events and activations.
- Set up, manage, and break down outreach tables and materials at events.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence while representing AMS.
- Utilize application management systems and CRM tools to track outreach activity and prospective families.
- Categorize and follow up with leads to support application conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach events, partnerships, and prospective family interactions.

Candidates Must Be Available To
- Work evenings and weekends regularly.
- Attend community events and outreach activations.
- Conduct outreach and partnership development activities throughout the week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with community members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively toward enrollment goals.
- Dependable transportation required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or community engagement.
- Experience working in education, charter schools, or nonprofit organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or enrollment platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to set up and break down outreach materials, tables, and event displays.
