Our HVAC Repair and Maintenance Techs earn $80,000 to $200,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications). You can also make sales commission from upselling equipment and upgrades. We're also offering a sign-on bonus for candidates with 5 years of experience!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with heating and air conditioning equipment
- Repairing residential and light commercial systems
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Maintaining professional customer communication
- Providing equipment upgrade and replacement recommendations when appropriate
HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Preferred Qualifications
- NATE certification
- 5 years of experience - eligible for sign-on bonus
- "Service MVP" experience
