We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Operate Toast POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining room, and work stations, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Assist with banquet events and catering services as needed, demonstrating versatility in various settings.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food service operations.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
