About the Role:
We’re looking for 2–3 driven, growth-minded life insurance agents who are ready to leverage digital systems, increase income, build toward leadership, and develop a scalable business with a clear exit strategy.
This is a 1099 commission-only position with access to advanced tools, structured training, and a clear path for long-term growth.
You’ll operate in a fully remote environment, using modern platforms that allow you to focus on what matters most — helping families protect what matters most to them.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Licensed life insurance agents (or willing to obtain a license)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow income and impact
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Self-disciplined and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Individuals who want more than just a sales role — those seeking long-term growth
• Previous call-center & phone sales experience preferred
• Interest in expanding into advanced markets (retirement, wealth strategies) is a plus
