The Delivery & Installation Specialist is responsible for the safe delivery, installation, and setup of furniture, appliances, and electronics to customer homes in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time, on-site role involves providing excellent customer service, assembling products with care, maintaining delivery schedules, and following all safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory during transportation and ensuring the proper functioning of delivered items.
- Proficiency in safe delivery and installation of items such as appliances, furniture, and electronics
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers
- Basic knowledge of assembling and setting up equipment and maintaining tools
- Physical ability to handle and lift heavy merchandise and navigate diverse environments
- Ability to adhere to transportation safety, time management, and inventory handling protocols
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
