Summary: Performs clerical duties in support of Service Center Operations. Provides information as needed to Service Center staff and management. Requires good organizational and communication skills as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Retail/Warehouse Environment – Exposure to varying temperatures and may include working inside and outside in heat/cold. May encounter sounds/noises of varying levels.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive parts ordered from vendors into Service Management Software System
- Manage part and merchandise returns to vendors
- Conduct physical inventories of parts and merchandise
- Maintain files of invoices and shipment tracking documents
- Communicate repair status and answer questions from customers
- Other tasks as directed by management
- High School diploma or equivalent
