The Onsite Manager oversees day-to-day construction and renovation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with company quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and vendors, monitoring project progress, and addressing operational issues as they arise. The role manages communication with property staff, residents, and internal teams to minimize disruptions and maintain a positive resident experience. The Onsite Manager also tracks materials, documents field changes, prepares daily reports, and supports compliance with safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail in monitoring quality, safety practices, and documentation of project activities.
- Proficiency with basic project management tools, reporting, and use of technology (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking software).
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues on-site, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and safety standards; OSHA awareness or certification is a plus.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between sites as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
