Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities through B2B sales efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Manage a designated territory by identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking events to build a robust pipeline of leads and expand market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a focus on closing sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques to meet or exceed targets.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for strategic planning.
