What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spring Intern position at The A List?
SHOWROOM
(The A List / The Honeyman Agency)
Internships Available for: Spring 2026 (In-person preferred)
Our showroom is a private, invite-only experiential space for our clients to showcase their brand and products to our network of celebrities and digital influencers. This always-on program builds brand awareness, ongoing relevancy and generates organic placements. We are known for designing novelty experiences (IRL or digital) between brands and talent that drive growth and social conversation. We show up for brands in distinct ways inspiring creative possibility and tangible results.
Tasks:
- Assist with talent appointments and talent packages
- Merchandise product within the Showroom and manage back stock
- Organize incoming and outgoing product shipments
- Support with client success reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
PAID PARTNERSHIPS
Internships Available for: Spring 2026 (In-person or remote)
Our partnerships team develops unique programs for our clients ranging from social media campaigns to larger media-focused brand campaigns. These campaigns may include investor programming, brand ambassador programs and more.
Tasks:
- Ideate talent prospects for different projects (event appearances and paid campaigns)
- Build and support with client digital recaps and wrap reports
- Curate creative concepts and strategy for our clients
EVENTS SPECIAL PROJECTS
Internships Available for: Spring 2026 (In-person or remote)
We’re experts in all things events and creating innovative experiences. We work on crafting targeted guest lists and programming private gatherings that can range from an album release party, brand store opening, or a movie premiere. Operating large scale appearances ultimately to drive press coverage, brand awareness, and social media buzz.
Tasks:
- Ideate talent prospects for different live events and activations
- Build and support with client digital recaps and wrap reports
- Support managing a working status for guest listing clientele
- Working with a budget and curate creative concepts for innovative experiences and strategy for our clients
SOCIAL MEDIA
Internships Available for: Spring 2026 (In-person)
Social Media interns will focus mainly on content creation, audience engagement, and data analysis. Learnings include understanding popular social media platforms, honing content creation abilities, mastering analytics tools, and developing proficiency in community management. Staying current with industry trends, refining strategic planning, and gaining hands-on experience through internships or personal projects will be central to their growth.
Tasks:
- Updating new follower list and support in maintenance of the social calendar
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms. This includes writing compelling copy, creating visually appealing graphics or videos, and understanding the use of hashtags, keywords, and trending topics.
