Role Description
The 600 is seeking an accomplished Lease-Up Specialist with a proven record of driving occupancy, maximizing velocity, and managing a high-volume prospect pipeline with accuracy and speed. This full-time, on-site role is suited for a professional who excels in fast-paced environments and understands the unique demands of new construction, high-rise leasing, and rapid absorption.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute all daily leasing functions with precision, speed, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Manage a heavy inquiry volume through Yardi CRM IQ with expert proficiency, including follow-ups, pipeline organization, and task compliance.
- Generate all leases, renewals, and supporting documents through CRM IQ accurately and efficiently.
- Qualify prospects thoroughly, schedule and manage appointments, and deliver exceptional, hospitality-level tours.
- Maintain a consistent, high-velocity leasing funnel that supports aggressive lease-up goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support rapid absorption.
- Communicate professionally with prospects, residents, ownership, and the internal team.
- Maintain full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Support resident satisfaction and retention through responsive communication and proactive service.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience working in Yardi CRM IQ, including generating leases within CRM.
- Demonstrated success in lease-up environments and the ability to produce measurable results quickly.
- Strong prospect qualification skills and a high degree of confidence managing appointments and tours.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-demand, hospitality-focused environment.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws required.
- Prior luxury or high-rise leasing experience is a significant advantage.
