Front Desk Manager / Business Manager

Job Description:
The 4 Cs Sports Lab is seeking a motivated and organized Front Desk Manager to support daily operations at our growing sports training facility. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about athletics, enjoys working with people, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee front desk operations and ensure a positive customer experience
• Manage scheduling, bookings, and client communications
• Assist with social media management and basic marketing efforts
• Provide support to athletes, families, and coaching staff
• Maintain organization of daily activities and facility flow
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Interest in sports and/or fitness industry preferred
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred, but not required

Schedule & Benefits:

• Flexible hours that can accommodate school schedules (~3:00p-9:00p M-F during School year, negotiable hours during Summer)
