Job Title: Manager and Instructor

About the Studio : We are a boutique Pilates and wellness studio in Sarasota, Florida, dedicated to classical Pilates and whole-body wellbeing. In addition to Pilates services, the studio offers red light therapy, has an infrared sauna, and lymphatic drainage massage suit services, creating a comprehensive, elevated wellness experience for our community.
This is a unique opportunity to join a studio at launch and play a key role in shaping its culture, programs, and long-term success.
Position Overview
At launch, the Lead Pilates Management role will be focused specifically on Pilates classes and Day to day administrative work, while also supporting the broader foundation of the studio.
As our Main Administrative worker, you will be supporting day-to-day studio operations and administration.
This role is ideal for an experienced classical Pilates instructor who is ready to step into leadership, and studio development while continuing to teach.
Key Responsibilities
Pilates Leadership & Instruction
- Teach private, semi-private, and group Pilates sessions
- Ensure consistency, quality, and safety across all our services
Studio Operations & Management
- Support day-to-day studio operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with scheduling, programming, and instructor coordination
Qualifications
- ldeally have a Pilates certification
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base management salary (clearly listed and guaranteed)
- Additional teaching compensation per class/session taught
- Teaching pay ranges from $25–$40 per class/session, allowing for significantly increased earnings based on teaching load
