Highland Park Bowl, LA's oldest bowling alley is looking to hire Pizza Cooks!
Highland Park Bowl is a long standing, multi functional space providing a unique experience for our guests. With 8 vintage lanes, a restaurant and 4 bars under one roof, Highland Park Bowl has much to offer; live music, bowling, drinking & dining, events, sports viewings, DJ's & burlesque shows. We work hard and have fun while doing it!
Our pizzas are hand stretched and cooked in our wood fire oven and our dough is made in house fresh daily. We produce a quality product and need someone who holds their work to a high standard. Looking for pizza cooks that have experience stretching dough and working a commercial or wood burning pizza oven. Must keep a clean work station and be able to prepare dishes in a high volume kitchen, while avoiding cross contamination and following Health Department protocol.

- 2 valid forms of ID
- Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one for employment
- Have high cleanliness standards
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for 8 hours
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food comes out both in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Works efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintains kitchen safety and sanitation
