Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. You will work in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits while ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, cleaning counters, and disposing of waste.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
• Stay updated on industry trends, including new cocktails and beverage offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail preparation, and fine dining service standards.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Proven sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
• Experience in nightclub or banquet settings is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
