Your Background:
- Background running or managing a small business.
- Capable of handling HR, payroll, finance, and general operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- HR: Hiring, terminations, benefits, and compliance oversight.
- Payroll: Run payroll and sales commission reports.
- Finance: Manage bill payments, accounts payable/receivable, and supplier payments.
- Sales & Database Management:
- Maintain customer database with sales and renewals tracking.
- Support telemarketing/sales teams and verify commissions.
- Evaluate pricing and contract deals with energy suppliers.
- Systems & Reporting:
- Oversee payroll and sales tracking systems.
- Generate management reports for performance and payments.
Role Overview
