Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assign tables based on availability and seating needs.
- Manage reservations using a digital reservation platform.
- Coordinate the guest waitlist and communicate estimated wait times.
- Coordinate seating to support an organized dining room flow.
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding reservations, seating, and service.
- Monitor the dining room and help maintain an efficient guest experience.
- Coordinate with the service team using the restaurant point-of-sale system.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant hosting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reservation management.
