As one of our Project Managers, you will be involved in every aspect of leading our team and projects. This includes hands-on carpentry alongside crew management for demolition, framing, trim, doors/windows, drywall, siding, roofing, and full kitchen/bathroom remodels. We specialize in custom remodels that require strict attention to detail and an absolute commitment to quality.

- Perform expert-level rough and finish carpentry to the Thayer’s standard.
- Execute advanced trim installation (base, casing, crown molding, and cabinetry).
- Lead basement, kitchen, bathroom, and full home remodels/additions.
- Drywall installation, repairs, and professional finishing.
- Exterior repairs and installation including siding and roofing.
- Window and door installation/repair.
- Light plumbing and electrical skills.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean job site and work vehicle.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience and 10 years of carpentry experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work consistently, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually (dependent on experience)
