Position Overview
The Project Coordinator supports project managers and project teams in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Setup projects in NetSuite and Procore.
- Establish subcontractor’s commitments in Procore
- Track and manage projects and pass-through expenses in Procore and ensure timely invoicing.
- Coordinate with the Invoicing Department to confirm invoices are submitted to customers for payment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, logs, and reports in NetSuite and Procore.
- Support change order processing, including documentation and NetSuite updates.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings; prepare and distribute detailed meeting minutes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and project standards
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or a bachelor’s degree preferably in any STEM discipline.
- Experience:
- 2 years of project coordination.
- Experience in engineering, electric utility, or construction industries is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
