Duties
- Manage front desk operations,

- Support team members with personal assistant duties as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
- Handle correspondence and maintain communication with clients and vendors.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to manage office software and databases effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Manager or similar position.
- Strong front desk experience Quickbooks Accounts payable and recoverable and Excel and Word a plus
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
